Wir sind sehr traurig, Euch mitteilen zu müssen, dass Jan Tokks Voitto verlassen hat. Leider ergaben sich Differenzen musikalischer als auch persönlicher Natur, so dass dieser Entschluss gefallen ist.
Wir wünschen Jan alles Gute für die Zukunft und hoffen, dass wir seiner Stimme bald wieder in einem anderen Projekt lauschen können.
Des Weiteren wird Maurice der Band von nun an lediglich als Session Drummer zur Verfügung stehen. Genauere Details werden auf Anfrage erteilt.

We are very sad to announce that Jan has left Tokks Voitto. Unfortunately differences in musical as well as personal nature showed up, so that this decision has been made.
We wish Jan all the best for the future and hope to be able to listen to his voice in another project very soon.

Wie ihr vielleicht schon gemerkt habt, haben wir die zweite Tausenderrunde auf myspace gedreht. An sich ist das für viele Bands nichts besonderes, aber wir suchen jede Möglichkeit zum Feiern, ergo möchten wir Euch daran teilnehmen lassen.
Direkt neben unserem Proberaum befindet sich ein optimaler Grillplatz und so haben wir beschlossen, dort nun öfter die eine oder andere Wurst-Session hinzulegen. Wer uns im ustream dabei live zugeschaut hat, kennt die Geschichte sicherlich schon.

nach vielerlei Amerkung fangen wir nun an, hier auf der Seite in bissel aufzuräumen. Was hat sich bislang geändert?
Der MediaPlayer ist von der Startseite verschwunden. Der Grund ist einfach, dass sich dort selten aktuelle Aufnahmen befanden und daher man nicht wirklich den Eindruck von den Songs hatte, wie sie eigentlich mittlerweile sind.
Die Bandbiographie wurde überarbeitet
Die Altersangaben wurden aktualisiert, man wird ja auch nicht jünger (schnief)
Des Weiteren haben wir auch mal ein wenig den Staub auf unserer myspace Seite entfernt und einige Informationen von der Webseite auch hier rüber transferiert.
Die Songpage wird noch überarbeitet werden in naher Zukunft, so dass wir fertige und Konzeptsongs trennen werden. Song9 und 10 sind bislang noch nicht ansatzweise beendet, befinden sich allerdings ganz oben in der Liste. Da werden wir uns noch was einfallen lassen.
Wir hoffen, Euch gefallen die Updates. Für weitere Vorschläge verweise wir natürlich immer wieder gerne auf die Kommentarfunktion.
It seems like we at least reached some of you guys yesterday at rehearsal. Unfortunately the sound was horrible and we need to find some ways to tweak it better. But we do have some plans for this.
However, it took me some time to finally put the tracks together and they are still not perfect, but in any case we had been looking forward to give you a teaser of how Tokks Voitto sounds these days, especially now with vocals.
The first track, which is almost finished is called Assistant Nation and derives from concept song 6.
certainly not many updates have been provided here on our webpage, but as mentioned before this is all related to getting Jan on board, composing and finalizing the songs with him, as well as writing the lyrics etc.
Thus, we have been rather inactive on our site, which is sad as we wanted to provide regular news for you.
Hence we now came up with something different. After playing around with streaming our rehearsals via ChatRoulette, we figured watching guys in inappropriate positions to be rather disturbing. But nevertheless this idea caught us and we thought about potential ways to let you, the listeners, be more involved in the whole process and development of Tokks Voitto. In the end we have set up a ustream channel for you, meaning that from now on, you will be able to watch our rehearsals live, chat with us, or just have a good time.
What else to say? Well, in the beginning we will surely be tweaking with the audio. We hope to get the output of the mixer recordings directly into the stream, you will not necessarily hear everything we say then, but at least during playback the experience should be far better.
First show will start today at 18:00 German time, I am too lazy to convert this into different timezones, simply follow us on Twitter, we’ll announce it there.

Wie bereits letzte Woche versprochen, wollen wir Euch auf dem Laufenden halten, was unsere kreativen Ergüsse angeht. Florian hat sich ein Herz gefasst und unseren zehnten Song zu komponieren begonnen.
Die Aufnahme besteht momentan aus rein konzeptionellen Gitarren und Schlagzeugspuren, aber sie vermitteln schon recht gut in welche Richtung das ganze geht.

Tokks Voitto ist nun offiziell komplett und wir haben das Vergnügen und die Ehre
hier unseren Sänger vorzustellen.

Hinter dem schlichten Namen versteckt sich ein großartiger und stimmgewaltiger Sänger der sich aus dem
Grindbereich zu uns verirrt hat und unsere Musik nun endgültig in Richtung Deathmetal bringt.
Wir machten uns diese Entscheidung nicht leicht und befragten deshalb eine Gruppe Cheerleaderinnen,
die zu dem bemerkenswerten Schluss kamen, wenn wir sie wieder gehen ließen
würden sie niemandem etwas verraten.
